1. About Templovo

Templovo is a sole proprietorship based in Lebanon offering digital AI Agent Team packages exclusively to customers in Lebanon. All prices are in USD and payments are processed through Whish Money.

2. Products

We currently offer the following AI agent packages:

  • Social Media Influencer's Agent Team — $100.00

  • Freelancer's Agent Team — $100.00

  • Ecommerce Store's Agent Team — $120.00

Each package includes a defined set of AI agents as described on our website.

3. Eligibility

To purchase from Templovo, you must:

  • Be located in Lebanon

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate and complete information on the order form

4. Order Process

To place an order:

  1. Complete the order form on our website

  2. Send your payment via Whish Money

  3. Wait for email confirmation from us

Your order is confirmed only after we verify receipt of your payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is accepted exclusively through Whish Money. Templovo is not responsible for any fees, delays, or issues arising from the Whish Money platform.

6. Delivery

Your product will be delivered to the email address you provided after payment is confirmed. Please ensure your email address is correct — we are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email.

7. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once payment is confirmed and the product is delivered. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

If we fail to deliver your product due to an error on our end, we will redeliver it at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All products and content provided by Templovo are our intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own purposes.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute any product purchased from Templovo

  • Claim ownership of our products or their components

  • Modify or reverse-engineer our products without written consent

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Lebanese law. You may not use our products to harm, defraud, or infringe on the rights of others.

10. Limitation of Liability

Templovo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
