2. Licensing & Usage

When you purchase a template or the All-In-One Bundle from Templovo, you are granted a Single-Use License.

Permitted Use: You may use the template for one (1) live website for personal or commercial use.

Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original template files, Figma Brand Guides, or Notion assets as standalone products.

Modifications: You are encouraged to customize the templates to fit your brand identity.

3. Product-Specific Terms

The All-In-One Bundle

The All-In-One Bundle ($300) is a comprehensive professional toolkit. Access to the included Digital Store Management Portal (Notion) and the Mini-Course + Documentation Guide is granted immediately upon purchase. These resources are for the purchaser’s internal use only and may not be shared or taught to third parties.

Membership Templates

Please note that our Membership Templates are categorized as "Intermediate." While built for speed, they require a more complex setup within Framer and third-party integrations. Templovo provides documentation, but the user is responsible for managing their own third-party accounts (e.g., Framer Auth, Stripe).

4. Payments & Pricing

Standard Templates: Priced in the medium tier ($60–$80).

Bundles: Priced at $300. All prices are listed in USD. Templovo reserves the right to adjust pricing or run performance-based promotions at any time without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (Framer Remix links, Figma files, and Notion templates), all sales are final. Once a digital asset has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We recommend reviewing the live template previews thoroughly before completing your purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Templovo provides the framework for your business, but the success of your store depends on your execution. We are not responsible for:

Fluctuations in your store's sales or financial performance.

Technical issues caused by Framer’s platform updates.

Loss of data within your Notion portal or Figma documents.

7. Support

We are committed to your growth. Support is limited to the functionality of the template as delivered. We do not provide custom design services or troubleshooting for third-party integrations outside of the provided documentation.
